Savoy Music Center has partnered with Reve Coffee to produce our own blend of Cajun dark roast coffee. This is high-octane jam session coffee, putting the "two" in your step or the Bosco in your stomp. It's dark roasted and what we call "chewy coffee" with a velvety mouthfeel. Remember those "You Might be a Cajun if..." jokes? ...Your favorite bedtime story starts with, "First you make a roux." ...You leave your coffee to cool on the counter and it thickens to a gel. Not very funny, we admit...mostly because it's true.
